When is your store open?Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our physical store (at Stationstraat 37, Overijise Belgium 3090) is open on Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.

Are all the products approved for sale in the European Union?Yes! We ONLY carry products that are approved for sale in the European Union. This means we are unable to carry products that are not approved for sale in the EU, such as shelf stable cheese products, and most canned meat.

May I request you carry a product?Yes! Please contact us through facebook messenger, email, or chat. Let us know what you would like us to stock and we will see if it is possible. Please note we cannot import frozen/refrigerated/fresh food from the USA due to enormous costs.

How are the shipping prices are determined?we ship at cost, using sustainable materials. The shipping costs are the actual costs of the postage and the packing materials. Shipping is via Bpost Parcel Post and is based on weight by kilograms of the total order. Outside of Belgium, Bpost hands over the package to your country's postal provider. Please understand that shipping is more expensive in Europe than in the USA.
