Frequently Asked Questions

  • When is your store open?
    Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our physical store (at Stationstraat 37, Overijise Belgium 3090) is open on Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
  • Are all the products approved for sale in the European Union?
    Yes! We ONLY carry products that are approved for sale in the European Union. This means we are unable to carry products that are not approved for sale in the EU, such as shelf stable cheese products, and most canned meat.
  • May I request you carry a product?
    Yes! Please contact us through facebook messenger, email, or chat. Let us know what you would like us to stock and we will see if it is possible. Please note we cannot import frozen/refrigerated/fresh food from the USA due to enormous costs.
  • How are the shipping prices are determined?
    We ship at cost, using sustainable materials. The shipping costs are the actual costs of the postage and the packing materials. For Belgium and its border countries, shipping is via Bpost Post and is based on weight. For most other EU countries, shipping is via DHL and based on weight. For Cyprus, shipping is via Bpost Post and is based on weight.
  • Who runs this business?
    We are a small local business run by an American woman and English man. Our business contributes to our local economy and we support our local non-profit organizations.
