Don't see your country? Email us and ask! We can only ship within the European Union. Sorry, but we cannot ship to countries within the EEA..
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping options - We use DHL and Bpost. Bpost is for Belgium and countries bordering Belgium (France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg). Please be aware that 3rd party carriers will take over from these providers if you are outside of Belgium. DHL is used for all other countries and islands. DHL requires a phone number, that is why we request a phone number in your order.

Tracking - tracking info is emailed to you, so please check your spam folder! It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and pickup their package if the customer is not home for delivery. We also send you emails saying "Hey! Your tracking says the package is waiting for you at your post office or reschedule with DHL". We will send you emails telling you your package needs to be collected.

Costs - We ship at cost, including our packaging materials, to try and ensure the lowest shipping rate. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the actual shipping costs will exceed the estimated shipping costs .

Damage - We are not responsible for damages caused by intent or equivalent deliberate recklessness of non-managerial staff; including shipping providers. For example, we will not refund the purchase price of canned goods if dents occur during shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Incorrect or Defective Products: A refund will be processed if a product is defective or is the incorrect product. Contact us if this occurs.

Replacements of incorrect or defective products: Due to the cost of shipping, refunds are the usual choice. However, if you are able, you are welcome to come by our store for a replacement.

Returned Packages: Packages can be returned for a number of reasons. We will refund the full total to the customer if the reason is no fault of the customer..
The shipping services will attempt home delivery first, however, sometimes the customer may not be home to receive the package. The shipping service will leave a note with instructions to either collect at the local office or reschedule delivery. If the customer fails to do so, then the package will be returned. to us. Upon receipt of the package, we will refund the total minus shipping and minus damaged products: The same rule applies if the return is due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
